What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, your email address and the content of your message. We do not ask for anything else, and we do not collect special category data.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to read and respond to your enquiry. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions from people who get in touch, and taking steps at your request before any arrangement.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent to our enquiry email address and may be stored in the website dashboard so we can manage them. Our website and contact form are hosted by Underdown Labs Limited using Netlify, who act as a processor and store the form data on our behalf. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond to you and for reasonable business records, then we remove them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, email us at info@streetcroftfarm.co.uk. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
