2. Prices (locked for this release)

Ticket prices
Ticket type Price
Adult £8.00
Child £12.00
Babies in arms Free (no ticket required)

Prices include VAT where applicable. The total shown at checkout is the price you pay. We do not add a separate booking fee on top of these prices.

Babies in arms: Children who can be carried in arms do not need a ticket and do not count towards the 25 places per arrival slot. We ask you to tell us how many babies in arms are in your group at checkout for capacity planning only.

3. Arrival slots and capacity

  • You must choose an arrival time when you book. Each slot has a combined limit of 25 people (adults and children with tickets).
  • Please try to arrive no more than 10 minutes after your booked time. This helps us manage traffic and keep the event running smoothly. This is guidance, not a strict entry cut-off, but we may ask you to wait if you arrive much later during a busy period.
  • Your ticket is valid for the arrival slot shown on your confirmation email and QR code, not for the whole day unless we tell you otherwise.

4. Payment and confirmation

  • Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed when payment succeeds.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code for each ticket. Bring every QR code (on your phone or printed) to check in.
  • If payment fails or your session expires, your reserved places are released so others can book.

5. Refunds, cancellations and changes

Our policy for this event:

  • Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or where we cancel the event and cannot offer a suitable alternative date.
  • We do not offer exchanges to a different arrival slot after purchase. Please check your slot before you pay.
  • If we postpone the event because of weather, safety, or circumstances outside our control, we will contact you by email. We will either honour your ticket on the new date or offer a refund if you cannot attend the new date. We will publish updates on the Halloween event page.

Your statutory rights: Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.

6. Event changes and admission

We may refuse admission or remove anyone who behaves unsafely or disrupts the event. We are not liable for travel costs if you cannot attend.

If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will refund the ticket price to the card used at checkout.

7. Check-in and tickets

  • Each adult and each child has their own ticket and QR code. Each QR can be used once for check-in at the gate.
  • Do not share your QR code publicly. If you believe it has been copied, contact us promptly.
  • Lost email: contact us with the name and email used at checkout so we can resend confirmation.
